School-Based Health Center
The Sisters School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is run through a collaborative partnership with Mosaic Community Health, the Sisters School District, and Deschutes County Health Services.

The Sisters School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is run through a collaborative partnership with medical sponsors, the Sisters School District, and Deschutes County Health Services.  The Sisters SBHC, like others in Central Oregon, provides affordable, convenient health care, and health education to young people who live in the Sisters School District. By providing routine and basic health care, the SBHC seeks to support improved health for all young people and their families.

Services will never be denied based on insurance coverage or the ability to pay.

We are open in the summer. 

Services

SBHC provides several treatment and prevention services, including:

  • Well child exams (will complete sports physical at no charge)
  • Sick visits
  • Immunizations (shots)
  • Assistance with O.H.P. applications
  • Mental health services

These services are provided by licensed medical professionals who specialize in child and family care.

Eligibility

Any child, newborn through 20 years of age is welcome to receive care at the SBHC.

Appointments are often scheduled ahead of time, but walk-in visits are also welcome. To schedule an appointment or for more information, please contact the SBHC.
